Competitive Intelligence and Alfred E Newman

Back in the 1970's, I was a big fan of Mad Magazine. What eight year old American boy wasn't? I was a particular fan of Spy vs. Spy. After Don Martin's fabulous illustrations, Spy vs. Spy was my favorite diversion as a young lad in the midwest. I suppose those early stories may have influenced my interest in Competitive Intelligence consulting. The Quaker Oats Company was where I cut my teeth in understanding the competitive intelligence process.
